ANTI-WRINKLE INJECTIONS

Anti-wrinkle injections are carried out by injecting small amounts of the protein into the muscle that requires treating. This treatment requires no local anaesthetic and results will be seen within a week of treatment. The areas that can be treated to minimize fine lines and wrinkles are the forehead/brow area, between the eyes and the sides of the eyes.

The treatment takes 10-15 minutes, however your appointment time allocated will be a 1-hour slot. As stated previously, here at Paige Emilee Aesthetics we strive to educate our clients on their treatment, that’s why we take our time to go through a detailed medical history, and discuss the risks and complications that come with this treatment and how as a medical practitioner Paige minimizes these as much as she can.  A consent form must be filled out, and any questions that you may have will be answered prior to your treatment. We would love to take some before and after pictures for our website and instagram content but only as long as you consent to this!

Anti-wrinkle injections last around 3-4 months. You will start to see your results within 1 week of treatment. We advise all of our clients to return back to clinic after 14 days for a review to see if any top ups/ tweakments are needed. This is all included within the price.

Unfortunately all non-surgical treatments carry risks and side affects, however Paige has undergone intense training on how to treat any of these problems in the unlikely event that they arise. The side affects generally occur within the first few days after having this treatment and will subside.

COMMON:

• Headaches
• Bruising
• Swelling
• Redness
• Muscle weakness

UNCOMMON:

• Droopy eyelids and eyebrows (very rarely)
• Severe muscle weakness
• Allergic reaction
